Spa Policies

Reservations:

We require a valid credit card on file in order to book appointments at Bene Skin & Laser. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. We will not charge the card on file unless you miss your appointment or cancel within our 48-hour cancellation policy (see below).

Cancellations:

Sometimes the unexpected happens- you get sick, your boss schedules a last-minute meeting or some other unforeseen complication comes up and you can’t make your appointment. Be sure to give us a 48-hour notice if you can’t make your scheduled appointment. If you miss your appointment, or reschedule within the 48-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your total service(s) cost as a late cancel/no show fee. A late cancel/no show fee is not intended to be punishment for the client, its sole purpose is to help the business and the esthetician recoup some of the lost income from that appointment.

Benefactors VIP Program:

Do you know about Bene’s VIP Program?  You're automatically enrolled as soon as you become a client at Bene Skin & Laser!  Accumulating points is easy and your points never expire.   Points work as good as cash and can be redeemed towards products or services at Bene. Check out the details below to see the different ways you can accumulate points.

For every $1 spent...20 points

For referring a client...10000

Once you've accumulated 35000 points you'll receive a $35 credit on your account.  Points can be redeemed for products or services.

Details:

  • Your points never expire.

  • Bene Skin & Laser reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.

  • Your points can't work for you twice as hard. Meaning, if you purchase yourself a gift certificate you won't earn points for purchasing and redeeming it. Did you get a gift certificate from a family member or friend? They are the ones who earned points for that purchase.

  • May not be valid with some special offers, promos or sale items.

  • You do not earn points using third-party gift certificates...ie...SpaFinder, SpaWish, etc.

  • Rewards points are not redeemable for cash.
